• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation time and resources are already allocated.

• Digital services, including consultations, sessions, and healing practices, are non-refundable once delivered.

• If a session is missed due to unforeseen issues from our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

• In cases of double payment or incorrect charges, please reach out within 7 days, and a refund will be processed after verification.

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, typically within 7–10 business days.
