1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation time and resources are already allocated.

2. Refund Policy

Digital services, including consultations, sessions, and healing practices, are non-refundable once delivered.

If a session is missed due to unforeseen issues from our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

In cases of double payment or incorrect charges, please reach out within 7 days, and a refund will be processed after verification.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, typically within 7–10 business days.
3. Rescheduling

We allow one free reschedule per appointment if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Additional rescheduling requests may incur a small fee depending on the service.
4. No-Show Policy

If you miss your session without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
